Welcome to KIP Salon! Here, we “keep it pretty” and create art in the forms of hair, nails, and lashes. We specialize in everything from traditional to trendy! The KIP Team always make sure to stay educated with the newest techniques and beauty trends. KIP Salon is an all-inclusive, LGBTQIA+ safe space. We strive to create an environment that brings beauty, happiness, and confidence in anyone that walks through our doors.
We are located in 7601 S Congress Ave, only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Austin. KIP Salon is located in a warehouse redesigned to be a creative space for all our artists. Guests are welcomed with plentiful seating and offered a complimentary drink of choice – coffee, tea, water, wine or if it’s a Saturday, mimosas! Our salon is decorated with lots of plants in every corner and our walls are home to original artworks from local Austin artists. We also have a salon cat named Donut, he doesn’t like going inside because the blow dryers scare him, but if you see him wandering the front of our property it automatically counts as good luck!
